We have weather policies, but we will never make our clients unsafe, we always will protect them. If the weather is dangerous for us to depart, then we can rebook the trip.

What happens if clients want to cancel the trip?

We have cancellation policies. Clients must cancel the booking within 24 hours for their full-money back.

Where can we park our cars?

The parking is very limited. You can park in front of the departure point, but there will be no space for many cars.

When can the floating mat be available?

The floating mat is available for trips of 3+ hours.

What happens when you want to have more than 12 people on the boat?

The boat accepts MAXIMUM 13 persons, but the extra person must pay a fee of $50.00
